We want you to love your purchase — but if something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

• Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original packaging.

• Refunds: Processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

• Cancellations: Accepted within 12 hours of order placement. After that, your order may already be in processing.
